I called on a Wednesday at 2:01pm to confirm what time they closed before I headed over. The receptionist advised they'd be open until 6:00pm. However, when I arrived at 2:46pm, the parking lot was empty and they were closed.

I was looking for a immediate help for my mom around 5pm on Friday when most of the offices were getting closed. The team from this office offered to stay longer to help.

I came in with a sinuses infection. On Saturday. I haven't received any medication that was suppose to be called in to my pharmacy! I called the urgent care 3 times. They said they would let the Dr. Know and the would call it it. It's Tuesday and I still don't have it!
*Update they did call in my prescription on Monday how the receptionist put it under my middle name despite all the paperwork having only my 1st and last name. I guess she used my driver's license. So I went 4 more days of being sick.

Hi Charity, thank you for your feed back. We tried to contact you. However your voice mail was full. The provider did confirm sending your prescription on Monday as promised. Please check with your pharmacy one more time. If there is an issue, please give us a call. Thank you 
This clinic was amazing! From the minute I walked in I was treated with the utmost amount of respect. The clinic was very clean and there was no wait. Mr Patel was so courteous, gentle and understanding. I would highly recommend this clinic!
